DBT Coaching with Sherid, is purposed and intentional. Our goal is for you to practice these life changing DBT skills until they become second nature. We will walk this road, together. One step at a time, one skill at a time.

How We’ll Work Together

  • Practice and Integrate: After each session, you’ll begin practicing and applying the skills between sessions to real life experiences.

DBT Coaching is not a crisis service and is focused on skill building and growth.

It is not suitable for:

  • Those currently in an ongoing state of crisis or experiencing significant untreated trauma.
